In the summer of 2022, Promenade Renovations renovated our extremely outdated 1980's condo kitchen and we are thrilled. When we started to interview contractors for the job in the spring, I was completely disillusioned - the companies we talked to didn't seem to understand our goals, didn't seem trustworthy and their ballpark quotes were crazy! Within 10 minutes of meeting Matt from Promenade, I knew we'd found a good one. Throughout the quoting process to completion of the job, Matt was a great communicator and brought forward ideas that saved us money AND made the finished product superb. Protecting our existing floors and each new element of the kitchen was a priority for Matt and he went above and beyond. All of the sub-trades he brought in were great guys.
